Toronto weather in September is warm to hot during the day with lots of sunshine and only a small chance of rain. Since TIFF screenings, galas, and most events take place indoors, weather is not a real issue. That said, for post cinema dinners and evening outings on the town, remember that it does get quite chilly at night, so have a jacket handy. |
